2023 Project on Adjustment and Maintenance of the Resources Recycling Management Information System

This project focused on maintaining and upgrading the Resources Recycling Management Information System (RRMS). Key accomplishments this year included enhancing reporting functions for local implementing agencies, strengthening management reporting, optimizing websites and system services, providing CCTV and real-time online system transmission, establishing and implementing data analysis models, enhancing website service functions and information security management, conducting information technology seminars, and meeting various requirements. A total of 40 tasks were successfully completed. In 2023, emphasis was placed on improving the rationality and traceability of reporting functions for vendors, responsible enterprises, disposal enterprises, and audit and certification operations. This involved optimizing the reporting and management functions of local subsidy programs, adding material inventory system features, refining recycling and disposal process management, and conducting a comprehensive review of the RRMS with proposed overall system optimization recommendations. Throughout the project execution, the team consistently provided operational and customer support services for RRMS, CCTV, real-time online transmission systems, and the Recycling Fund Management Board website. This project addressed 387 temporary information requests. Collaborating with the resource recycling business, this project team offered additional services and functions, including simulating questions on issues of concern to the legislature and fully upgrading and assisting in the operation of the National Treasure Map of Unused Items website. During the project implementation period, all information tasks specified in the contract were completed. Aligned with the information security policy of the Resource Circulation Administration, this project implemented information security measures, enhancing the overall information capabilities of the resource recycling system. This ensured the smooth implementation of various operations and provided a solid foundation for future development.
